The Bachelor in Business Studies has a flexible structure and modular design. It is based on and is fully compatible with the established European and American educational systems.
Students can also transfer between 9 campuses across Europe and Asia on a quarterly basis with guaranteed program compatibility.
This program is fully customizable and allows students to choose a major and/or minor, a primary and secondary specialization during their studies. Once a minimum number of credits has been earned, a request for graduation can be submitted.
Students can choose 35 electives courses (175 credits, 5 credits each) and Extra-Curricular Activities (5 credits):
* Students who are 17 or older who have completed less than 12 years of formal education and who do not hold a high school diploma that allows access to higher education in the country of origin should earn up to an additional 60 credits in the Pre-Bachelor program. e.g. Students who wish to earn a Bachelor’s degree and who are required to complete the Pre-Bachelor program will need to earn 60 + 180 credits.
Upon successful completion of the Bachelor in Business Studies, students receive an international private Bachelor in Business Studies (BBS) degree awarded by the school’s headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, based on the recommendation of the faculty of the local campuses where credits were earned.
This Bachelor in Business Studies (BBS) degree program is programmatically accredited by the US-based Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
* Students can earn a dual Bachelor’s degree for an additional 60 credits (or 3 additional quarters) for a total of 240 and earn two Bachelor’s degrees. Any combination of programs is possible, for example, a Bachelor of Business Administration in combination with a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management.
The Internship option encourages students to put their skills and knowledge into practice through offers received by our Careers Department from regional and international companies and organizations. Up to 30 elective credits can be awarded upon successful completion of the internship.
